Welome to the Team: Meet Nickson Kidinga and Pharestin Paul, Our New Interns

At Coprosperity Fund, we believe that investing in people is just as important as investing in businesses. As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent and creating opportunities for the next generation of professionals, we are delighted to welcome two outstanding interns who will be joining our team for a six-month internship programme.

Through this internship, both interns will gain practical, hands-on experience while contributing to the Fund’s mission of empowering entrepreneurs, supporting small businesses, and driving sustainable economic growth across Tanzania and the East African Community.

Welcoming Nickson Kidinga โ€“ Marketing Intern

We are pleased to welcome Nickson Kidinga as our Marketing Intern.

Nickson is a recent graduate with a strong passion for digital marketing and a solid foundation in developing engaging online campaigns. Throughout his academic journey, he has demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging digital platforms to build brands, connect with audiences, and create impactful marketing initiatives.

During his internship, Nickson will support the implementation of Coprosperity Fund’s marketing and communications strategies. His responsibilities will include enhancing the Fund’s brand visibility, increasing audience engagement, creating digital content, and supporting outreach initiatives across our digital platforms. He will work closely with and report directly to the Marketing and Communications Manager, gaining valuable industry experience while contributing to our growing marketing efforts.

We are excited to have Nickson’s creativity, energy, and digital expertise on board and look forward to the fresh ideas he will bring to our communications initiatives.

Welcoming Pharestin Paul โ€“ Administrative Assistant Intern

We are equally excited to welcome Pharestin Paul as our Administrative Assistant Intern.

Pharestin is currently pursuing a degree in Data Science at the University of Dar es Salaam, bringing with him analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Throughout his internship, Pharestin will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Coprosperity Fund. Working directly with the Managing Partner and Investment Advisor, he will assist with administrative coordination, documentation, scheduling, operational support, and other key activities that contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization.

We are confident that this opportunity will provide Pharestin with valuable professional experience while allowing him to make meaningful contributions to our operations.

Investing in Future Leaders

At Coprosperity Fund, we recognize that internships play a vital role in bridging the gap between academic learning and professional experience. By mentoring emerging professionals and providing practical workplace exposure, we are helping to develop the future leaders who will contribute to Tanzania’s growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Over the next six months, Nickson and Pharestin will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, develop new skills, and contribute to initiatives that support startups and small businesses across the country.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Nickson Kidinga and Pharestin Paul. We are excited to have them as part of the Coprosperity Fund family and look forward to their contributions during their internship journey.

Welcome to Coprosperity Fund, Nickson and Pharestinโ€”we wish you every success in the months ahead!
